Sunbathing with care

I love the beach, and I also love to sunbathe! But as always, you need to be careful when you are staying to much out in the sun! Be sure to have a good sunscreen lotion with you and a hat or scarf. And while swimming is great for your body, tanning a little is also healthy for you. Here is a list for some of the best benefits:

  • building up your immune system
  • cleansing your skin
  • sun rays can cure depression
  • sun rays kill bad bacteria
